Carrington Court, located in South Jordan, Utah, is supported by a wealth of caring, knowledgeable, and experienced team members dedicated to treating seniors with the individuality and dignity they so richly deserve. Our staff, guided by a genuine sense of respect, promises to be responsive to every resident and resident family member's needs. When you come to us with a need or concern, we will do our best to address it.

At Carrington Court we genuinely care about our residents and their families. Our relationships begin long before a resident moves in. Mindy Hutchison and Kaitlyn Warner are our two community nurses. They spend quality time getting to know each resident's unique needs to establish an individualized care plan, before the resident ever moves in. Kaitlyn and Mindy also supervise and direct all of our CNAs. They are both onsite at least 40 hours a week and available to discuss resident care. They are also available to consult with our caregivers by phone 24/7 in case of an emergency. Together they supervise administration of all medications. They also coordinate each resident's individual care plan with family and other health care professionals, including doctors, pharmacies and home health and hospice agencies.

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are the front line caregivers in any assisted living facility. We carefully choose, train and support CNAs who give our residents the dignified, compassionate care that they so richly deserve. We make sure that our caregivers have enough time to give excellent care to all of our residents. Our residents love their CNAs and our CNAs love our residents.

Assisted Living

Carrington Court's Memory Care Community is designed to support seniors suffering from Alzheimer's Disease or other memory disorders. While safety and security are the primary concern, care plans are also customized to the individuals' needs and the family's wishes. Resources such as Alzheimer's support groups are often available to assist loved ones.
