What is Respite Care?
Respite care is designed to provide an elderly loved one's caregiver with short-term breaks and overnight accommodations. The majority of caregiving for seniors in the United states continues to be given by family members in their homes. There are many challenges that these loving caregivers face trying to keep control of their lives while caring for a parent or a grandparent. Due to the challenges and stress that these caregivers are facing, Carrington Court is happy to be a provider of senior respite care and respite care services to help relieve that stress, restore energy and provide a time to re-balance the life of the loving caregivers.
Carrington Court's senior respite care program is perfect when caregivers are away on vacation, working outside of the home, or just require a break. These short term stays also provide you a first-hand experience to evaluate our communities when considering whether to move in.
Respite care residents are provided with their own furnished living quarters in addition to all the accommodations, and assisted living services and amenities, provided to long term residents. Click here to view Carrington Court's Assisted Living services and amenities.
Respite Services are billed at a daily rate of $140.00 per day.
What is Adult or Senior Day Care?
Carrington Court's senior day care program is perfect when caregivers are working outside of the home or just require a break. These short term stays also provide you a first-hand experience to evaluate our communities when considering whether to move in.
Adult Day care residents enjoy all the accommodations afforded to long-term residents including meals, activities, health services and a place to lay down. Click here to view Carrington Court's Assisted Living services and amenities.
Daycare Services are billed at a daily rate of $16 per hour.

Assisted Living
Seniors who require help from time to time but wish to maintain their independence are good candidates for assisted living.
Carrington Court's Assisted Living community is designed for seniors who require assistance in some aspects of daily living. This assistance can include help with mobility, transportation, medication administration, personal grooming and hygiene, incontinence management and more. Carrington Court offers care plans designed to suit the specific needs of each resident.
Memory Care
Seniors who have memory impairments, dementia, or Alzheimer's disease are great candidates for memory care.
Carrington Court's Memory Care Community is designed to support seniors suffering from Alzheimer's Disease or other memory disorders. While safety and security are the primary concern, care plans are also customized to the individuals' needs and the family's wishes. Resources such as Alzheimer's support groups are often available to assist loved ones.
